The WDC Competitors Commission is pleased to announce that with your kind help and contribution to the Darren Hammond GoFundMe Campaign as well as your private donations we were successfully able to help Darren and raise enough funds to help him pay his medical expenses! The WDC Competitors Commission would like to thank each and every one of you who has shared and contributed to this campaign. Your help, kindness, generosity, love, and support for a fellow dancer has shown, to not only members of the Ballroom Dancing community, but also to everyone outside the dancing community how kind and generous we can all be when one of our own needs help and support. You have inspired us here at the WDC Competitors Commission and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts! We are so happy and thrilled that we were able to do this for our fellow dancer and we wish Darren all the best for a full and successful recovery. 

NOTE: For full transparency, per GoFundMe campaign guidelines, the donation funds will be withdrawn to a member of the Management Committee of the WDC Competitors Commission with a USA bank account and then wire transferred to Darren Hammond’s personal bank account in Hong Kong.
